I am sorry for the experience that you went through. If you had your breast reduction done through your insurance company, then there is no way to tell you what your exact cup size is going to be. The amount of grams to be removed is determined using the BSA calculator. We use your height and weight to determine your BSA. Congratulations on having the procedure done! It is hard to say whether or not you are going to get down to that size. I personally would not begin wearing a bra until further out, especially if you have underwire in your bra. In my practice, I would not advise doing all three procedures at the same time. All three procedures would likely keep you under general anesthesia for longer than would be advised. In addition, if you are getting a tummy tuck and a breast lift/implants, it will be impossible for you to lay/sleep on your stomach. Labiaplasty in general typically involves reduction of the inner labia. It would be very unlikely that your surgeon has sewn your inner labia to your outer labia. While, it would be most useful to see your preoperative photos to further evaluate your question, I would encourage you to discuss with your board certified plastic surgeon what your expectations were and how they have not specifically been met. Thank you for posting your question. Since your treatment was not quite 1 week ago, I would encourage you to go back and be evaluated by the physician who injected you. Without being able to examine you it is difficult to fully elaborate based only on a photo and certainly swelling could still be present. If the lumps persist despite swelling reduction, your physician can inject an enzyme to dissolve the product. Best of luck to you.

Hi Alyssa,Thank you for posting this. It is an issue that many women feel uncomfortable discussing. Labial hypertrophy is a very common problem, often congential and worsens after childbearing. A labial reduction may be a procedure that you should discuss with a board certified plastic surgeon.
