Is my already thin nose a candidate for rhinoplasty?
Is my nose too thin?
Sep 9, 2020
The overall shape of the nose plays an important role in how you look. You have a nice long slender face with a slightly long face. There is no break of the supratip. When one does an open rhinoplasty there is a technique of sweeping the muscles of the upper lip downward and thus avoiding the severe changes that occur with smiling. You need to find an experience Rhinoplastic surgeon who understands that. Look at similar patients that they did and see if you like the improvement.

Do I need a tummy tuck?

You need skin excision. I would not tighten the diastasis recti. The skin excision will get rid of the flaccid skin and the scar will be hidden by underwear. The umbilicus stays the same location, the skin above it rotates downward.
Is it normal for a breast augmentation to look like this 5 days post op?
is it normal for a breast augmentation to look like this 5 days later.

How does your breasts look when you raise your arms above your head. The muscle may simply be in spasm, or they are being pushed up because the pocket needs to be expanded for the lower pole.
I had a boob lift 12 weeks ago, and my right incision under my boob is still bleeding!
Still bleeding 12 weeks later
Dec 29, 2016
Two questions: did you have a normal pre-op mammogram? Did you have a hematoma (alot of bruising on that side). This may be just a local problem, of old blood oozing out of a small area. Take a photo and resubmit your question
Are my implants bottoming out?
Have my breasts bottomed out.
Dec 29, 2016
The implants are perfectly aligned behind the nipples. Great job. When they were first put in, the implants ride high because the implants behind the muscle can only push the implant up, and as the muscle relaxes, it jobs, but they are perfectly aligned.
Am I "bottoming out"?
Am I bottoming out?
Jul 23, 2016
Breasts are not bottoming out. Doing a mastopexy (lift) and breast augmentation is one of the hardest procedures we do. Because you are adjusting three parameters at the same time. The body always relaxes a little so the upper pole fullness which patients loves relaxes. Your scars are excellent and the size is also very good. As I tell my patients, what goes up comes down, so with time, you can always retighten the incisions. Enjoy your breasts.
Lift or no lift , over or under !!! On so mixed up ! Help.
Lift or no lift
Jul 10, 2016
It depends on what size you plan to go. If you go very big, an initial lift may not be necessary, but with time, you will likely need one. If you go moderately big, then probably you can have a peri-lift. If you don't put in an implant, you need a vertical mastopexy. (lollypop).
Will my right breast drop and form a crease like the left breast?
Will my breast drop
Jul 10, 2016
Your breast augmentation looks good, and will continue to improve with time. Because you had a lift, and the forces that make relaxation different for each side, right pectoralis muscle and left pectoralis muscle, don't be in a rush to have them settle too quickly.
For breast augmentation surgery I want a doctor trained well in that procedure. Which terms in
For breast augmentation surgery
Jul 10, 2016
Surgical training is very different for the different surgical specialties. If someone is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery, that means he is specifically trained in 8 different components of Plastic Surgery, and Breast Surgery is a huge component of that. He is specifically trained in all aspects of Breast Surgery: 1) Breast Augmentation, 2)Breast Reduction, 3)Breast Reconstruction with implants, flaps, tissue expanders and fat transfer to the breast, 4) Breast Lifting.
Should I go for a threadlift or a facelift?
Should I do a thread lift or facelift.
Jul 10, 2016
Your jaw line is excellent so the only area that makes you look older is your prominent left naso-labial fold. I would consider you for a volumetric filler, and Obagi skin care line because you aren't ready for a face-lift. I do short scar, so I could easily correct the nasolabial fold, but in the skinny face, it is hard for it to stay.

Time Off Work
Jul 10, 2016
This is a very personal question and involves several considerations. Do you have paid time off. Are you doing anything less strenuous at  home than at work. One week with two weekends should protect you from most post-op bleeding or complications such as seroma from doing two aggressive movement with your pectoralis muscles. Don't do any lifting, always have someone help in lifing patients my size, and don't forget to ice when you get home. Take it easy, and don't over do it.
Breast asymmetry. One is bigger than the other. Any suggestions?
one breast is smaller than the other
Jul 10, 2016
In the early post-op period ( first 6 months) minor asymmetries are common because the pockets are undergoing forces that are different. On your right breast the lower medial pole is still tight, while the left pocket is more relaxed. This may be a function of your muscle use, which muscle is dominant. I would not do anything but mild stretching of your pectoralis muscles (mild) that we teach breast cancer post-op patients. Reaching up, climbing the wall and pretend combing your hair. Be...
Do I need a mastopexy with my breast implants?
Do I need a mastopexy?
Mar 14, 2015
Absolutely yes. You have a tuberous breast deformity, and need a periareolar mastopexy both for reducing an enlarged nipple-areolar complex, and to raise the nipples up, and to keep the breast tissue from herniating.

You have an excellent result. We give our patients a sheet to do massaging the the nasal bones inward. Ask your surgeon. He obviously did a great job.
Does this look normal?
Does this look normal?

From your limited pictures, it looks like you had a vertical mastopexy which should look like an upside down breast for months. So that does look normal for early post-op. Are you happy with the size?
