I would highly recommend seeing a board certified plastic surgeon or a general surgeon who specializes in breast care.  Without an in-person visit and review of medical records, it is virtually impossible to diagnose what is going on with your breast.

It takes several months for the breast tissues to settle
after breast reduction surgery. There is a lot of swelling initially, and this
slowly resolves over 3-6 months although it may even take up to a year to fully
resolve.Because of all the swelling and
tissue changes, it is difficult to know what the final results will be after
breast reduction surgery for up to one year.  I usually ask my patients to stay in town for 1 month after surgery, unless they are out of state.
Can a Breast reduction be approved through insurance without documentation of physical therapy?

In general, the three criteria that the insurance companies look at are:
1) Symptoms must be attributable to large breasts
2) Conservative symptom management must have been tried and failed
3) A certain amount of tissue is planned to be removed
