Moderate or moderate plus profiles are the most common profile implants we use .It is rare to use low profile implants. Considering your dimensions and your photos and with out examining you I would suggest a 255 cc moderate implants. But you should review this with your plastic surgeon.

In view of your weight loss you really need to be examined to assess the procedures that will benefit from you and to decide upon a staged schedule for the procedures. From the limited views on the photos you will probably also benefit from fat transfer to the butt ( BBL) and to the hips. You should schedule an appointment with a Board Certified plastic surgeon . I would highly suggest that you stage the 2 procedures. Fist you should have the implant explanation. Then I would 4-6 months before fat transfer to allow for healing and thereby maximize blood supply for the fat transfer. good luck!

The photos suggest that you have excess skin overhang. You ar not a candidate for non-invasive liposuction including skin tightening. Do not let yourself be talked into doing that because you will be throwing your money out. When ready to undergo a BBL you should consult with a Board Certified plastic surgeon with lots of experience performing BBL surgery. The experienced PS will know approximately how much fat can be transferred upon examining. The exact amount will, of course, be determined at the time of surgery. Variables include donor fat availability, skin elasticity and tautness of the buttocks upon buttock expansion with fat. You need to be careful and not to overfill if the becomes to taut. Good luck.

When you have excess loose skin in the abdomen, generally a Tummy Tuck is the treatment. Most times it involves a full Tummy Tuck which also tightens the abdominal muscles. At times a mini TT may be sufficient and rarely a reverse TT may be suggested. You should consult with a Board Certified plastic surgeon who can examine you and advise as to the preferred procedure. The photos suggest that you are lacking adequate projection in the central portion of your buttocks. You would need to be examined by a Board Certifie plastic surgeon with lota of exerience performing BBL surgeyr and see if you have sufficient donor fat to transfer to the central buttocks.

The photo shows that you have looseness of abdominal skin along with stretch marks. The best way to correct this is via a Tummy Tuck. Your breasts seem to have decreased volume and some degree of sagging. A physical exam would best be able to determine the preferred treatment (s). However I would consider fat transfer with or without a breast lift. Good luck!

Waist reduction is generally treated with liposuction either under local or general anesthesia. It does not need rib reduction nor would I recommend it.

Fibrocystic breasts are quite common. You should be able to undergo breast lifting with implants, especially since you stated that your breasts revert to normal feeling breasts after your period. It may be helpful to have a pre-op sonogram of your breasts to serve as a baseline. you should consult with a Board Certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Your photos are not very helpful. You should not be afraid to consult with a Plastic Surgeon. This will allow you to have a definitive diagnosis in determining whether or not you have tuberous breasts. No one will operate on you until you decide to have surgery, so there is nothing to fear. You do not appear to have tuberous breasts. But you do have asymmetrical breasts. You need to have an in-office examination by a Board Certified plastic surgeon.

You need to have an in-office examination to best decide on treatment. But as a preliminary suggestion based on the photos, iot appears that you would benefit from breast augmentation as well as a lifting at least of the left breast. This can be done through an incision around the areola leaving just a periareolar scar. Good luck!
