I had fillers in my jowls four weeks ago and now my top lip is showing signs of lines is this normal?
Fillers

Fillers are used when the aging process causes loss of bone, fat and muscle tone in the face. It is critical to understand the underlying pathology before injecting just one area as that can often worsen other parts of the face. You likely need additional filler in the cheek bones to balance this, however it is hard to say without a picture. Always use someone who is a very good injector and you should be fine
What are the risks of eye drooping or other adverse side affects if you have your Glabella botox?
Eyelid droop

Feb 8, 2017
The risk of eye lid droop, or ptosis, occurs when the medication makes its way into the Supra orbital foramen or migrates down into the eyelid elevator muscles. I have never had this happen in my practice but it can occur with less experienced injectors. Choose someone who does this on a daily basis and you should be fine. In my office I personally do all the Botox myself.
Juvederm Ultra Plus in lips & marionette lines looks bad. Will my fillers go away completely on their o

Yes the fillers are temporary and usually go away within 1 year, but yes you could absolutely have the lips evened out with more filler

Platlet rich plasma

Jan 26, 2017
Platlet rich plasma or “prp” is an excellent way. Your blood is drawn and spun in a centrifuge. The plasma containg a high amount of platlets is reinjected into the face. This used the bodies natural repair mechanics to repair lost volume
I finished my accutane 20 mg course a month ago. Now, I have a pimple with a white head next to my nose
Accutaine

Jan 9, 2017
Accutaine is a retinol and helps the skin cells turn over quicker and therefore reduces clogged pores. It significantly improves severe cystic acne, however one pimple one month out is normal. This is why one must continue a daily skin cleansing routine
How to remove these pimples/acne from my face?
Acne treatment
Jan 8, 2017
Jan 8, 2017
Acne is extremely common in your age group, the redness seen in consistent with inflammatory acne, usually caused by an overgrowth of the bacteria propionibacterium acnes. I would recommend a good daily face wash combined with a benzoyl peroxide at bedtime, this can be found over the counter as clearasil or oxy 10. If that doesn’t work you may need to see a dermatologist for prescription strength treatment.
