A traditional butt lift can correct sagging of the buttocks, usually as the result of the effects of aging or weight loss. However, it would not give you an increase in the volume of the buttocks, correct a misshapen buttock or give it a significantly more rounded appearance without some associated liposuction of areas adjacent to the buttocks and transferring the fat directly to the buttocks itself.

A rhinoplasty procedure can change just about any aspect of a noses’ appearance. The only thing that cannot be changed much is the thickness of the skin overlying the nose. At your consultation with your surgeon, you should discuss the elements of the nose that you desire improvement in and understand that a rule of thumb is you should realistically only achieve an 80% improvement in the appearance of your nose after surgery.

The donut lift doesn’t give you much of a lift, but certainly can be used to reduce the size of the areolas. I advise my patient’s that, if you need more than 1cm of a lift, the donut mastopexy is not the right procedure. I hope this response answers your question sufficiently!

It certainly takes a while for implants to “drop” into their pockets in the breast after surgery. I like to place the band on right after surgery, because I know that the implants will want to ride up on the chest wall until the soft tissue has a chance to relax. Be patient and follow the advice of your surgeon.

The true tuberous breast has breast tissue herniating through the nipple area. In your case, I do not appreciate that in the photographs. Nevertheless, I think you would get a nice result with a breast augmentation combined with a small lift (mastopexy). Best wishes to you and for your anticipated breast procedure!

The Brazilian Butt Lift has become quite popular recently instead of the previous method of buttock enhancement with implants. Sometimes even smaller volumes of fat transferred (500 cc) makes a difference as long as you are getting the fat from the “love handle” area, which by reducing this area, you get the illusion that the buttock is significantly larger. I would be cautious about doing a fat transfer to the lower eyelids due to unpredictable results. If anything, using the orbital fat to drape over the rim of the eye socket is an effective way to correct a tear trough deformity, if present. In my experience, most asian lower eyelids are somewhat puffy to begin with and removal of the fat is needed more so than adding fat graft to the area.

Botox treatment definitely affects the muscles that elevate the eyebrows and to some extent the root of the nose; explaining your symptoms of the inner eyebrows and the nose feeling heavy. The treatment should not make the tip of the nose droop appreciably.
