Liposuction will not prevent pregnancy.  Before going ahead with surgery you first need to define your goals with the liposuction.  Being at your goal weight and treating stubborn areas will lead to improved satisfaction with the surgery.  An evaluation with a qualified plastic surgeon is important to see if you would be a great candidate for this operation.  Good Luck.
Large Eyes with Scleral Show. Any suggestions?

Facial beauty starts with your eyes.  Reviewing your photographs, your eyes are very attractive.  Surgery to correct your scleral show is possible but it comes with consequences.  Re-positioning you lower eyelid will decrease the volume of you viable eye, making the aperture smaller.  Personally, I would avoid surgery, but a consultation and evaluation with a professional never hurts.Good Luck.

Looking just at these 2 photographs I feel some flank liposuction could decrease the size of your waist, but physical exam with pinching of the flank skin and soft tissue would be more helpful.  It really comes down to your goals.  With just an abominoplasty you will look awesome, adding the liposuction would decrease you waist but there is the extra expense.  Good luck

Congratulations on the weight loss.  With body contouring after weight loss, first you need to reach your goal weight.  Next, staying stable at that weight foe a good 3-6 months is very important.  Operating too soon will not give you the best cosmetic outcome if an extreme weight loss occurs after the surgery.  This will lead to more loose skin that could have been removed with the first operation.Congrats again and good luck.

Your compression garment will not alter your results. The garment helps with swelling. The extra foam at this point is just for your comfort. I usually have my patients wear a compression garment for 6 weeks. After the first 2 weeks I usually transition from the compression garment to a pair of spanx that cover the liposuctioned area. It can take up to 6 months for all the swelling to go down and see your final results.

Upper eyelid ptosis is defined by where the upper eyelids sits compared to the upper Limbus (color part of the eye). Normally the upper eyelid covers about 1-2mm of the limbus with the eye in repose. Mild ptosis is 2-3 mm, Moderate is 3-4 mm, and Severe is 4+ mm coverage.
