Because a mini tummy tuck only addresses the area below the navel, I recommend a full tummy tuck for patients with diastasis recti. Thank you for your question and I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are having. If you are having issues with your breasts now, you may want to go ahead and have the implants removed now. You may have drains and a little down time after surgery. Since you are thinking about having another child you may want to wait until after the pregnancy and you have stopped breastfeeding to have a lift. I would talk to a board certified plastic surgeon to see what options you have and what works best...

Thank you for your question. From what you are describing it sounds like you have a capsular contracture. I think in your case you are going to need to find a board certified plastic surgeon. Depending on what type of look you are going for now, you might be able to exchange them for a smaller implant and forgo the lift. Thank you for your question and sharing your photo. It's safe to say you have the blood circulation is intact now. Unfortunately you are left with a hypo-pigmented scar. I would suggest asking your surgeon what your options are to revise your areola. They should be able to remove that portion by reducing the whole areola. Good luck with your surgery.

Thank you for your question and I'm sorry this has happened to you. This is not considered to be an emergency surgery. You will be fine with a saline implant that has leaked. Unfortunately, you will feel the edge or folded areas of the deflated implant. Plus of course the asymmetry, but depending on the size of the implant and the amount of breast tissue this may not be as noticeable. I''m sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your breast augmentation. You could try a less invasive option by taking Singulair daily for 3 months and try breast massage.
