Dr. Jeffrey S Yager, MD is not your typical Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. While he has impeccable credentials, he is the rare individual who can walk between the worlds of Science and Art with equal facility. In essence, he was born to be an Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon.

While he graduated with honors from undergraduate and was an officer of the Premedical Honor Society and was elected to AOA Medical Honor Society as well, he has also recorded and released an album of alternative rock music, become an expert in Art Nouveau, and helped to design homes in the US as well as in Europe.

Dr Yager established Yager Esthetics in 1997 out of a need in the Latin community of New York for an ethical, well trained Plastic Surgeon who spoke Spanish and understood the aesthetic ideals and differences in that demographic. More than 25 years later, it is the most renowned practice in the Hispanic Community.

This past year, Dr Yager has taken his most important step in contributing his talents to the formation of SY Aesthetics, which pairs traditional Cosmetic Plastic Surgery with Aesthetic Integrative Medicine, Advanced Nutrient Therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Energy Healing. This evolution of Plastic Surgery to place equal importance on Inner Beauty, Health and Happiness has lead to the construction of a brand new Center in Middletown, NY as well as planned global expansion.

In addition to winning awards from the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons and the PSEF ( Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation), Dr Yager is a Founding Member of The AIMS Society ( Aesthetic Integrative Medicine and Surgery Society), where he currently serves as President as well as Chairman of the AIMS Symposium 2023.

Alternative and Integrative approaches were seen as an option for those who did not want traditional Plastic Surgery. That area is very difficult, as if you are too aggressive, you can cause the buttocks fold to drop. Not seeing a lateral photo, it might be possible to do a targeted lipo of the area to reduce the fullness. Skin excision can be done, but only for extreme loose skin.

It is very hard to comment without first seeing the Before pictures or knowing the healing course. It is certainly possible to improve your results with a revision that can centralize the areolas, remove the indent, and even out the size.

Clearly, something has caused your breast to grow aside from weight change. I suggest you check in with your Ob Gyn or an Endocrinologist to make sure there is no hormonal cause.
Secondary Breast Reductions can be done, and it is important to get a copy of your operative report from the first one so that your Plastic Surgeon can plan the safest technique.

Breast size is a very personal matter. The heavier the breast, the more likely they are to drop over time. Your nipple position is indicative of some drop, and if the shape bothers you, a lift or a lift with some reduction are options. Neither is necessary, they are normal, but you can certainly change the size and shape if you wish.

It really depends on your expectations. Lipo will help flatten the lower abdomen, but will not address the loose skin above your belly button. It might make the skin hang a bit more. Tummy Tuck is a bigger procedure, but if your goal is pre baby body, that is the way to go. No wrong answer.

Keloids cannot be 100% prevented. If all scars keloid, the belly button will as well. It can be thick and virtually close. For my patients such as you, I have them consider radiation and steroids intraoperatively. Radiation can be given the usually for 2 days after surgery, reducing keloid risk. A consult with the radiation therapist is done before you decide.

Sorry that you are not satisfied. Areolas can be resized easily without risk of sensory loss if just skin is removed. A device that looks like a cookie cutter can be used to insure they are the same size, and the excess skin can be removed. Cn sometimes be done with local anesthesia.

I do a procedure called BRA, Breast Reduction Augmentation. It is possible in the right patient. My concern is that if you are a DDD and want to be a B, then you need to remove down to an A and then add the implant. That might not be possible, as there is a limit to how much tissue can be removed so as not to jeopardize blood flow to the nipple. A Plastic Surgeon can evaluate this. Insurance will not cover an implant.
