Thank you for your question. The dark circles under your eyes is most likely due to thin skin and subcutaneous fat under your eyes. This makes it easier to see the orbicularis oculi muscle underneath, which appears dark. Platelet Rich Plasma is an excellent, long term treatment. Although it is not permanent, it does last up to two years.

I would continue therapy at your new location. I would also let the new laser specialist know what laser was used on you prior. It is very true that it is only hair reduction and not true removal. Something that will help however, is to shave the area to be treated one to two weeks prior to your treatment as the laser has an easier time destroying hair that is in the growing phase.
