Statement: Dr. Michael Mall is the cofounder and medical director of New Image Advanced Laser Skin Center in Las Vegas, with well over three decades in practice.

Since that time she has been an integral part of the practice growth, supporting MSM Concierge Members Services, medical records management as well as New Image. In 2016 Candice was promoted from the front office coordinator to office manager. In addition to the many hats worn by Candice at both practices, she is an aspiring law student, enjoys classical music and spending time with her family. She leads a very active lifestyle, goes to the gym every day, and enjoys cooking and baking.

Biography: Gaye Stephens, director business development focusing on marketing communications for MSM Concierge and New Image Advanced Laser Center. Stephens will serve as a primary source of information on standard operations procedures, public relations and client development. Previously, she provided practice and physician growth to a regional dvision at Lifestyle Lift and practice start-ups. She has also worked with GE Capital, AT&T Corporate and as an independent consultant supporting multiple practices throughout the West Coast and other states.

With 15 years of experience in management, Stephens has a Master of Business Administration as well as a master certification in human resources. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, reading and wine tastings. Much of who she is today is because of her dearest friend and mentor her mother.
