How can I remove this under eye dark pigmentation? I’ve tried laser, it didn’t help.
Filler May Help
Feb 25, 2018
Adding some HA filler to the lower eyelid area (tear trough), when done by an experienced provider, can help reduce the under eye darkening you have. The filler has to be applied to the right areas. I would recommend seeing an oculoplastic surgeon who has expertise in the anatomy of this part of the face. Adding the right skin treatment following the filler, can help further diminish the harsh shadows that create the under eye pigmentation. Best, Dr. Bajric

For the eyebrow, some filler or botox can help elevate the eyebrow, indirectly lifting the skin of the eyelid, however it may not lift the eyelid if the muscle that opens/elevates your eyelid is droopy. The filler is not placed above the brow, but actually in the brow area. I would be very careful about this procedure and who you allow to do this for you. I would seek expertise from an…
Will I benefit from Voluma or Radiesse in the cheek area, and if so which is best? Age 34.
Beautiful Face, Could Add Some Cheek Volume with Voluma
Feb 25, 2018
I would agree with your MD that adding some volume to your cheek area will help ‘lift’ the small nasolabial folds you have. I think this will also give you a very attractive cheek bone. The advantage of Voluma is that it is reversible in case you do not like the change. It also lasts up to 2 years.
