Thanks for the question. Monsplasty and mons reduction are incredibly common procedures that I perform in almost every mommy makeover (some patients need just a little, and others need a lot). Based on your photos, I think that you would benefit from SAFELipo liposuction of the mons pubis. You may need a mons suspension also, but difficult to say without seeing you in person. You could get away without a lift but the implants would need to be placed low. Since the implants need to be centered behind the nipple, this would create a lower breast footprint. While this will achieve the goal of more breast volume, this can sometimes make the breasts appear low and heavy. Most of my patients want cleavage and higher, more youthful breast. In this case, a lift is the best option. I would seek two or three consults to determine the best option for you….

I would not worry right now. You are only 3 days postop. Flat areas on the outer and bottom area of the breast usually round out during the recovery as the round shaped implants slowly create a rounder pocket as they stretch out any tight areas of muscle or skin. It may take a few months, but usually this corrects itself (not always, but usually). I would make sure that you discuss this with your surgeon because I do not know the details of your case. Since SAFELipo removes fat without using any heat energy, SAFELipo provides excellent high-quality fat for fat grafting. I perform a lot of fat grafting and I almost always use SAFELipo to harvest my fat. Since switching to SAFELipo, I have seen an improvement in results. Hope this helps.

The skin reaction in the photo looks a little unusual and atypical for SAFELipo. I will sometimes see bruising, but the skin reaction in the photo does not look like a normal recovery to me. But, it can be difficult to tell from the photos. I would discuss with your surgeon. Excellent question and I applaud your research. From your photos, it seems like you could be an excellent candidate for a tummy tuck and arm lift together. Generally, a tummy tuck generally takes about 2-2.5 hours, and an arm lift about 1-1.5 hours. So, this combination of procedures could be done in 3.5-4 hours which is a reasonable time. There are plenty of position maneuvers that can be done to help protect the fat and maintain improved shape after your BBL.
