On your photo we can see the actual dimple in the abdomen where the umbilicus originally was. If you place your thumbs firmly around your waist and wrap your index fingers forward they will point to where the umbilicus should be. Revision is possible.

Unfortunately your implants are unlikely to settle after so long a period of time.  The pointed projection of the implant should be centered on the nipple and your result will be much better after a revision of the pocket to release and lower the implant.

You only need eyelid surgery if you feel you need it, and you understand the risk and potential benefits of the procedure as explained by a board certified plastic surgeon. Sounds like there is a bit of selling going on so choose a surgeon carefully.

Larger breast implants can reduce implant rippling if the skin is thin and there is a mismatch between the breast skin envelope and implant volume.  There are other solutions that might be considered however which could include a more highly cohesive implant, fat grafting to the breast, a submuscular implant pocket, or the placement of an ADM implant to support the breast.  Think carefully about your goal and consider second opinions to help you sort out a solution.

At a year we would consider you healed after your tummy tuck, and you should have a discussion with your surgeon about options if you feel your result has come up short. Liposuction or skin removal can both be options, however an office examination is needed to sort out your solution.

The recovery after under the muscle breast augmentation should be the same for all approaches, including transaxillary. Expect soreness in the chest for several days, and a return to work well within a week. Lifting will be a bit uncomfortable for some time after so you will have to adjust.

Based on photos, if you do indeed have hemifacial microsomia it is of the most mild form. Facial asymmetry is quite common and with what we see all is best left alone.

The best approach the implant sizing is based off your own breast measurement and what you would like to look like after breast augmentation.  Pictures offer the clearest idea of your goal and sizing at the time of surgery is how many surgeons will determine the best implant for the result in mind.  Implant sizes are only a number and often poorly correlate to breast size and shape.  Focus on what you wish to look like an trust the numbers to your surgeon.

It seems very unlikely that a seroma has developed 4 years after your abdominoplasty procedure. The mons area sometimes has to be specifically addressed in abdominoplasty and perhaps this area has been under treatment.  An office evaluation should be able to work out a satisfactory solution.

Actually with breast like for most only skin is removed and the breast tissue is recruited into a firmer and lifted shape. Your breast cup size will remain the same after a breast lift.
