Biography: Michelle leads our injectables division. She is a licensed registered nurse with over 30 years of hands-on patient care experience. She has been internationally trained and recognized as one of Real Self’s “Most Loved Injectors,” as well as one of the top Botox providers in the state of Michigan. She has successfully acquired many certificates in dermal fillers, neuro modulators and PDO thread placement, and has trained with some of the best physicians and injectors in both the US and Canada. Before committing fulltime to aesthetics, Michelle was a Labor and Delivery, and Charge nurse for over 20 years. She not only continuously delivers a youthful and natural look for her patients; she also takes the time beforehand to listen to their wants and educate them on their treatment. Biography: Kellie is one of our nurse injectors here at Skin Boss. She has been a registered nurse for 8 years and worked in a hospital’s pediatric unit before switching to the aesthetics industry. Her love of helping people, combined with her passion for the beauty industry brought her to Skin Boss where she enjoys treating patients to help build their confidence and make them feel refreshed, rejuvenated and their overall best self. She is passionate about educating patients on the process of aging and how to give them the best aesthetic outcomes with natural results. Kellie is internationally trained and has certifications for neuromodulators, dermal fillers and PDO threads.

Biography: Ashlee is the head of our Laser division. She is a nationally certified, paramedical aesthetician with over 15 years of experience with laser technologies in the medical spa, dermatology, and plastic surgery fields. The passion that fuels her drive comes from her past experience battling cystic acne in her teen years. Ashlee loves to educate clients on procedures and technologies to help them gain a better knowledge base and understanding of the services they receive or desire. Combination therapy is essential in all divisions at Skin Boss, and Ashlee strives to set the bar high with therapies and treatments. She has obtained some of the highest qualifications for laser certification in the state of Michigan and has a vast knowledge of chemical peels, as she is also a national peel trainer for Glytone and Avene. Ashlee has been trained and certified with at least 17 laser companies over the years and has worked on over 80 modalities with these companies.

Biography: Carri is a facial, laser and body technician here at Skin Boss. She has over 20 years of experience in the aesthetics industry. One of her previous jobs had her working side by side with a private pharmaceutical company’s scientists and physicians who formulated their own private label, medical grade skin care lines, so she has a broad range of knowledge and hands-on experience with skin care ingredient formulations. She is very passionate about promoting healthy skincare from the inside out and the outside in. She believes in the importance of customizing an exact regimen and protocol for every patient’s specific needs and concerns. Carri has a wide range of training and certifications and continues her education to keep current on the constant advancement of treatments throughout the skin care industry.

Biography: Becca is a laser and body technician here at Skin Boss. She has been a licensed cosmetologist for 7+ years and has over 3 years of laser experience. Her struggles with her own skin issues are what brought her to this field and make her passionate about helping others with theirs. Seeing the change in patients, both physically and mentally, keeps her enthusiastic and devoted to helping them on their path to healthier skin. She is very results-driven and is a great listener, making patients very comfortable during their skin care journey.

Biography: Tonya has one agenda and that is to create, enhance and achieve the most natural, realistic results.

Tonya is the head of our Facial division. She is a licensed medical aesthetician and PMU (Permanent Make Up) artist with over 20 years of experience in the business. Tonya is exceptional with client consultations and with educating clients based on their needs and skincare/body goals. While leading our facial division to success with unique combination therapies, Tonya also has an acute passion for medical grade technology and the sought after Microblading and Microshading techniques, which she specializes in at Skin Boss. While training with some of the leading PMU artists in the country, Tonya has executed perfection with all that PMU has to offer. Artistry is not a choice for Tonya, it is a passion that is prevalent throughout her work.

She is also responsible for discovering and implementing new business directives that would support the growth of Skin Boss. Madison obtained a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Healthcare Marketing and continues to handle the tasks of her previous Marketing & Business Development Coordinator role at Skin Boss which include digital marketing, social media, online branding, content creation and community outreach.
