Thanks for your question. I have seen this happen in clients with darker skin. Dark skin absorbs more heat than lighter colored skin. It should fade away over time. You can move the boxes slightly every 5 minutes or so or you can move them a little when they feel hot. This should spread out the points of heat so that the spots don’t form. I-Lipo uses red light laser to move the calories out of the fat cells into the blood stream so you can exercise the calories off. Thanks for your question. It may resolve by itself but I don’t think it will. It looks like there is a lump of filler in the L upper lip. Did the injector even out the filler to form the look you wanted? Sometimes Juvederm fillers do lump up leaving a bump. It is possible that it is just swelling since it is only 2 days post procedure. Thanks for your question. Yes, Botox can be used to even out eyebrows by weakening the muscles of the eye brow that is higher so that the muscle doesn’t elevate it as much. It won’t take that much botox so it shouldn’t be very expensive. Unfortunately, Botox last about 3-4 months normally. If you keep getting it before the effect wears off it will tend to last longer over time since movement wears it down faster.

I am so sorry you have had these complications. Next time don’t wait so long to seek help. You are helping the injector and their future patients by reporting your problem.
Voluma is a thicker filler which can last up to 2 years. It is usually used for under the muscle injection, not at the depth of lip injections. You can use hyaluronidase to dissolve the remaining product. If you don’t want to return to the original injector then have…
