Breast reduction (reduction mammoplasty) is an operative intervention aimed at removing excessive amounts of fat and glandular breast tissue, excising excess skin and positioning the areal complex in a higher position.

Breast lift or reduction mammoplasty is a surgical procedure aimed at reducing disproportionately large and heavy mammary glands, improving the size and shape of the breast.

Breast reduction surgery
