There are many options for you. I have seen great results with nonablative fractionated lasers like the icon 1540. Also subcision can help as well as fillers. Chemical peels can also be effective. If you'd like to be more aggressive the CO2 laser is effective.
Can SculpSure treat the fatty knees? I would love to get my thighs done but my knees are worse.

This would be considered an off label treatment site but from my experience it would work well for this area as well. I would recommend two treatments per site.

I usually recommend no more than 3 treatments per area in a 4-6 month time. If the patient tolerates these treatments well than I would have no problem treating the same area a 4th time.

Nonablative fractional lasers are a great option. Not much down time and it is a safe and effective treatment. The ICON 1540 laser is offered at my practice and has provided patients with long lasting results.

In my opinion the ICON 1540 laser is the safest and most effective option for you. It helps reduce pore size and treat scarring. Generally 3-4 treatments are required in 3-5 week intervals. Reach out to a local dermatologist to learn more.
Would I be a good candidate for sculpsure or coolsculpting?

You would absolutely be a great candidate for sculpsure. Sculpsure would allow you to target your lower abs and flanks without any surgery or downtime. Temporary swelling can occur, although uncommonly, after sculpsure treatments. I have had a couple patients who experienced prolonged swelling for 3 weeks after treatment but eventually it did dissipate and they were very happy with results.
