Hi. Thanks for the question. It is best to be evaluated by a board certified Dermatologist to obtain the correct diagnosis. Once diagnosed with pearly penile papules (PPP), the treatment is an easy in-office procedure. Good luck.

4-6 hours is minimum, 24 hours is best

Thanks for your question. Although you can resume mild activity 4-6 hours after Botox for axillary (underarm) hyperhidrosis, it is best to wait 24 before commencing vigorous physical activity.
