In your pictures I see a nicely proportioned face with nice features. The issues you have are minor and would be easily addressed in one or two office visits with a board certified Dermatologist or plastic surgeon. The one thing I would suggest is augmentation of the upper cheek with a filler such as Perlane or Voluma. This will create a more flattering proportion by Balancing your mid and lower face.
