These moles appear to be what is called an intradermal nevus, which are usually congenital-type moles that have probably been there since birth or shortly thereafter. Usually these start off very tiny and grow with age. You have several options in removing these. If the scar got sunburned it will likely peel and you will be left with an area of darkening, this is called post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Just be aware that scars continue to heal and change in a process called “remodeling” for at least a full year, and this hyperpigmentation will likely last throughout this time. After surgery, scars continue to heal and change in a process called “remodeling” for at least a full year. That being said, your scar does seem to be quite raised. It looks like it is turning into what’s called a hypertrophic scar or an early keloid. I would recommend a visit with the physician that performed the surgery to possibly inject it with kenalog (a steroid) to flatten it down at this point. If you have a suspicion or concern I’d always recommend an in-person office visit with a board-certified dermatologist, we can only judge so much from the photo. Yes, it can be dissolved years after placement

I have dissolved lip filler in many patients years after it was injected there by other providers. There is no issue and it dissolves just like new filler does. Just a heads up though, hyaluronidase burns for 2-3 seconds after it is injected so brace yourself. Best of luck!
How soon after Sculptra can you have Tixel Intense ablative treatment to the same area?

These procedures performed a week apart will not interact as they function at different levels. Sculptra is traditionally injected very deep on the periosteum (the surface of the bone), while the Tixel treatment works on the superficial skin.
