From what you have described, you potentially do have Parry Romberg syndrome. Many times it affects one side of the face more than the other, and affects the areas in the Trigeminal Nerve areas. Patients will notice differences in one side with wasting of the fat areas of there face. Parry Romberg usually “settles or burnouts” meaning there is no active change to your face over a period of time . Many times this can be treated with facial fat grafting to enhance the volume lost.
