Based on the pictures, it looks like you could be a great candidate for a hair transplant if your goals are realistic and if you understand that you will likely need more transplants as time passes. It looks like you have adequate donor zone and that your hair loss right now is limited to the front and temples. You could also explore topical finasteride and minoxidil. These tend to be effective in preventing further loss.

Looking at your pictures, it looks like you may have what is known as DUPA (Diffuse, Unpatterned Alopecia). You could be a good candidate for forehead reduction (or hairline advancement) surgery, but because of your recent temporal brow lift, I would have to see you in person for a consultation to better evaluate the scars and the elasticity of your scalp. If this procedure is not a good option for you, hair transplantation might be. Both come with pros and cons, so a consultation is a must to decide which way to go.
