That looks like a reasonable result. Check with your plastic surgeon to make sure they feel comfortable that they can achieve it but it does not look like you want anything extreme.

Totally depends on what your goal is. The liposuction will help contour your body and possibly give you abdominal definition. The bbl will add volume to your hips and butt.

At your age and after having 3 kids you will most likely need a tummy tuck with the BBL for the best result. That being said you should pick a couple surgeons in your area and get some consultations and compare what everyone says and thinks after an exam. I would only go to a board certified plastic surgeon and RealSelf is great with telling you what type of doctor you are looking at by telling you what they are board certified in if you have any uncertainty.

Personally I would do the liposuction and the fat transfer FIRST and then do the extended tummy tuck second; I think doing the liposuction first allows you to take more skin out at the second surgery because the bulk is not there. That being said, every surgeon has a different vision and a path to get there with you. I would totally find someone who’s work you like and discuss what and why they want to do to get you what you want.,

There’s a lot of things that go into a successful and safe surgery. BMI and how you carry your weight, other medical problems and your goals of surgery all have to be taken into account when you go for a consultation. Keep in mind that in general most surgeons will not remove more than 6L of fat during the liposuction aspect of the procedure which is a big part of getting the shape you’re probably looking for. I personally do not recommend people to gain weight for a BBL. Putting weight on goes all over your body and liposuction only targets certain areas; leaving excess fat in areas which may not be treatable. Subsequent weight loss or gain will effect your result as those fat cells grow and shrink like any other fat cells.

You can absolutely fat graft over a butt (and a breast) implant if you want a more enhanced shape. If you still see your surgeon who put the implant in they’re probably a great person to start with.

I place my patients in a faja immediately after lipo with a BBL to help maintain the butt shape and compress the areas of liposuction. There are fajas which have less compression over the butt area which is perfect for this. That being said, you selected the person who you trust to do this procedure and you should follow what they suggest for after care as opposed to people who do not know your exact case.

Sounds like the surgeon who you selected told you how much they wanted to suction and if they offered you the procedure it sounds like they feel like they can achieve what you are looking for and they are offering. If you dont trust them I would get a second opinion or not go with them for the procedure.

There are a number of new modalities that offer some skin tightening results like Renuvion or Body Tite. A board certified plastic surgeon can discuss if either of these options would be apropriate after an exam and this may help you avoid the knife or at least a long cut from one

Best to go see a surgeon whos work you think is good so that they can examine you and decide if its a fat or skin issue. Not infrequestly patients can have upper abdominal fullness after a tummy tuck due to the limited ability to aggressively liposuction that area during the procedure.

I think looking at your pictures if you were to say you had hit your weight loss goals (without knowing your exact BMI) I would say that at this point you are a candidate for a tummy tuck. I would get within 10lbs of your goal (if it is attainable) before you do the procedure. Getting impatient and having it done with the intention of still losing a significant amount of weight will only leave you with excess skin again and a less good outcome in the long run. I think 3 weeks is a bit cautious. If you would like to shave before the procedure I would suggest to do it about a week before the procedure. Doing it the night before can lead to an increase infection risk. Its hard to say exactly when the line of too close to the procedure is but at 7 days youre ok. That being said, I would make sure that timeframe is ok with the surgeon doing your procedure; you picked them because you trust them- stick with that.

From the picture youre right, you do probably need a muscle repair. Its hard to say exactly with just one picture how much skin would be able to be removed. An exam with a board certified plastic surgeon would definitely allow you to know what would be the best procedure.
