It appears you are on the cusp of a breast lift. Your nipples are forward facing and that is a definite plus. At consultation, we can look at the integrity of your tissue and assess volume. We want you to achieve the best results so a Tummy Tuck would be a great option following weight reduction to reduce some deeper fat so that you can get the flattest tummy possible. I would recommend you get to your goal weight and then address all concerns including diastasis recti (ab separation that often occurs after pregnancy), excess fat bulk, and skin laxity. A BBL will complement this procedure beautifully!

I believe that 650 cc saline implants are going to feel very large and stiff on your frame. You are also going to be uncomfortable having this operation under twilight anesthesia, especially with a sub muscular position because of the amount of stretch you are going to have to endure to inflate the large sized implants. It will be worth paying more for a general anesthesia with a board certified anesthesiologist or CRNA. Tripti Burt MD

By looking at this single photo view,you appear to be a DD or larger. Going larger is always a possibility, but you will be more like to deal with droop, implant malposition, stretch marks, and back strain. Only you can decide if it is worth increasing the risk for these above issues to be an additional 1/2 cup or one cup larger breast size. Your results look great already. Hope that helps.

It is likely that your areolas will stretch with the pressure of implants behind them. You can have them reduced at the same time or delay that procedure after the augmentation so you can see if it really bothers you. Because of the pigmented skin, you may want to consider delaying because the scars may be an issue too. Hope that helps!

Your results look very nice. If you are wanting more contouring, Trusculpt and cool sculpt can be done with little discomfort and permanent improvement. More aggressive results are going to be found w more traditional Lipo and will be uncomfortable but not as much as your original tummy tuck. Good luck!

There are lots of reasons to have pain in the breast after augmentation. You most likely are experiencing some nerve pain which usually presents as electrical shocks and leads to hypersensitivity in the nipple and will improve. If the implants were placed under the muscle, you may be having muscular pain and can be improved w slow atretching and muscle relaxants and ice. Capsular contracture can be occurring as well. Speak with your plastic surgeon for advice. Good luck!

This a very common question. We can remove the initial C section scar w the tummy tuck incision. The scarring may be prone to thickening or more pigmented look. Having a protocol w scar creams, Hydroquinone, silicone sheeting, and massage are all tricks we have used to decrease scarring especially on dark skinned patients including African American, Hispanic, Indian, and Mediterranean types. Yes. Typically the implant will settle into a pocket that the surgeon has created. Initially, the pocket may be tight, muscle is swollen, and this keeps the implant elevated. Massage and a upper bandeau breast strap can sometimes help to expedite the process as well as muscle relaxants especially if the muscle is sore on the one side. Botox in the forehead is very tricky. It is relaxing forehead muscles that lift the brows in effort to smoothen wrinkles from overuse. I always warn first timers that heaviness around the brows can be noted initially. Some enjoy the smooth forehead but others don’t like the feel. 6 units will wear off within a couple of months.
