No worries one session of botox will not cayse permanent changes. Depending on the concentration of the Botox used and how your body metabolizes it the changes can last up to six months, but they will eventually return to your baseline.

Hello, I looked at your photo. So masseter hypertophy can be treated with botox. You usually need a few treatment sessions to see the results and treatment sessions are spaced 3 months apart. That being said I have to say that your masseters may have a minor contribution to the width of your jawline and you may see some slimming affect from treatment. What you see is mostly your bone structure. I must say though you have a fantastic jawline that many men request when they come to see me….
Would getting filler in my jaw/chin help correct my overbite at all?

Unfortunately filler or chin implant would only improve the appearance of your profile. It will do nothing to address your overbite. What you would need is to visit and orthognathic surgeon or OMFS surgeon who would need to do jaw surgery to correct the overbite. It is very powerful surgery that can help with the appearance of your profile as well as your occlusion (the overbite).

Botox into the masseter muscles over time can help shrink the muscles in the area you want narrower and could help give you the shape you are trying to achieve. It would likely take a few sessions spaced out over months.

Those bulges look like hypertrophied corrugator muscles. If you do botox consistently over the course of time those muscles should atrophy (shrink and weaken). It may take 6 months to a year.
