I had 3/4 of 1ml for my lips about 41 hours ago and noticed a lump on my left bottom lip.

I would recommend you follow-up with the injector and have
him/her make the determination if injected too close to the surface of your
lip. However, please keep in mind the lip area is very sensitive and can
bruise and swell easily. Lumps sometimes will appear if the injector did
not massage the area being injected to help evenly distribute the product.
