Hello and thank you for your question. I think you would really be best served by losing weight prior to a procedure. When you have your BMI around 30 you will be a candidate for a Tummy Tuck and Liposuction, but not Liposuction alone. Best of luck to you.

My guess is that the surgeon you saw who told you not much could be done to make your nose appear more like the one in the picture attached is not a Rhinoplasty specialist. While it would be helpful to see more views of your nose, it is apparent from your profile view that the dorsum of your nose can be de projected and the tip can be as well. It appears as though you may have some compromise of the blood supply to the umbilicus, causing it to look purplish/ischemic. This may have caused the suture line between the belly button and the surrounding skin to break down. I would check in with your Plastic Surgeon if you haven’t already. This is best diagnosed in person.

You may be able to benefit from brow lift in addition to blepharoplasty, however, if your are only concerned about function (and not cosmesis) then the brow lift would not be necessary. You could have an upper eyelid blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin so that the lid does not hood and rest on your eyelashes. I recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon in consultation for further answers to your question. Hope this helps.

It is possible that your higher breast may still drop to match the other one better. Six weeks post op is really too early to assess the results as the breasts will continue to settle over the next six weeks. Although it's not easy, try to be patient! Hello and than you for your question. To be perfectly honest, I'm not sure you are a candidate for either procedure right now. I think your best bet would be weight loss at first. Then you will likely need a tummy tuck. I really don't feel liposuction is an option at all. I hope this helps and best of luck to you.

Hello and thank you for your question.You appear to be an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. Your dorsal hump could be reduced so that the dorsum is straight. The tip can be elevated and refined. I recommend that you see a Board Certified rhinoplasty surgeon in consultation for further answers to your questions. As for cost, that varies widely based on a number of factors....geography, surgeon expertise and experience, etc.  Hope this helps.

Hello and thank your for your question.Typically we do say that it is too early to evaluate results when you are only 9 days post op. It takes several months for swelling to dissipate and some settling to occur. That being said, a tip that is highly over projected may or may not deproject over time. Unfortunately I don't think you are a candidate for this procedure.While it may help with some aspects of your nose, such as building up the dorsum, it will not help with others. I’m not sure much can or should be done to change your profile, which is the aspect that you are not happy with. Where you would see the most benefit is actuall from the front view where your nose could be straightened, the tip made less bulbous and more refined, and the excess infraction lobular show that your nose exhibits could be improved. The nose of the woman in the picture that you consider to be ideal is not achievable for you unfortunately. She has a much longer nose it appears.

Hello and thank you for your question. Your pictures are a bit limited so it is difficult to discern the extent of how much your lower eyelid fat herniates (sticks out). But you do appear to be an excellent candidate for lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat removal. Hello and thank you for your question. The only permanent and complete treatment is to have them removed surgically with lower blepharoplasty. I make the incision inside the eyelid for this procedure so there is no external scar after. Fillers such as Restylane can be used to camouflage the eye bags, however they are temporary. Further, when you make ocular movements (and your eyes are not at rest looking straight ahead) the fat bags pooch out. So the fillers are not the best treatment ...
