Thank you for your question and photo. With what I can assess from the angle of the second picture posted, I would recommend under eye filler to help with the loss of volume on the area of the scar in addition to a series of treatment with lasers to help lessen the appearance of the scar.  A face to face consultation will help address your concerns and have a plan of care to help you. Hope this helps. 
How soon after getting Jeuveau or Newton can I get a hydrafacial?

Thank you for your question. I definitely recommend steering away from any facial manipulation including any kind of facial after any toxin injection including newtox for at least 2-3 weeks to avoid any unwanted results. I would schedule the facial prior to the newtox treatment.

Thank you for your question.  A combination of  microneedling with/without PRP (platelet rich plasma) or PRF (platelet rich firbrin) with lasers such as erbium yag in addition to medical grade skin care will help with the scar. 
Does a Botox browlift restrict you from raising your eyebrows?

Thank you for your question. If botox is only injected in the lateral brows for the purpose of a lift, it should not restrict your ability to raise them. However, if you had any injected in the forehead (the frontalis muscle) at the same time, that will definitely restrict your ability to raise your eyebrows depending on the quantity and placement of the toxin. Hope this helps. 
Can I get Botox/Dysport during my period/menstrual cycle?

Thank you for your question. There should be no impact of toxin injection during your menstrual cycle. The only thing that I can think of would be an increased sensitivity to the injections, therefore more pain. 
I keep my pustule aces for too long and decided to popped it, then i got ice pick scars few days

It is hard to tell without having a photo, however, acne scars can be improved with a multi-factoral approach to include: -Treating underlying cause for current acne-Medical skin care line to help improve skin texture and health, daily use and reapplication of SPF. -Microneedling with/without PRP or PRF-Laser tx to help improve the appearance of the scar. Hope this helps. 
Does microneedling (eg with Dr Pen), cause tears to the skin and enlarged pores?

Microneedling should not cause tears to the skin or enlarged pores if it is performed correctly. What Microneedling does whether Dr. Pen is used or another FDA approved brand, it creates micro-channels and controlled damage that will allow your body to heal it by producing collagen and improving overall appearance of the skin.
