I am glad dropping your phone onto your face 2 hours after surgery wasn't painful. I will change my personal post-operative orders to warns patients of this risk.
Routinely a pocket is formed for the implant to fit into, so I suspect there will be no shifting.
Be careful.
Can Dysport cause numbness and twitching in your cheek and droopy eyelids?

I am sorry you are unhappy.
Dysport and Botox are essentially the same product. Both temporarily paralyze muscles to soften wrinkles in the skin that is directly connected to those muscles. Luckily both are temporary, lasting only 3-6 months (3-4 months is more realistic).
Neither product should cause numbness as they do not affect sensory nerves.
I recommend you return to your physician to discuss your concerns.

Liposuction with or without the use of a laser is a time tested technique to reshape the body by removing unwanted fat. Simply because someone has health conditions such as diabetes does not mean they are not candidates for elective cosmetic surgery. Diabetes does increase one's risks of peri-operative complications, but not so much that surgery is contraindicated.
I recommend you consult with your medical doctor who treats your diabetes as well as a board certified...
I want a double mastectomy but my surgeon won't do it, what do I do now?

I am so sorry to hear of your difficulties. There are definite indications to undergo mastectomy for benign disease. Matodynia (breast pain) frequently caused from fibrocystic disease is one of them. I suggest you consult with another general or plastic surgeon with experience with mastectomy and reconstruction.

It is common for breast surgery incisions such as yours to have drainage for a time. The yellow fluid is your plasma (blood without the red blood cells) and doesn't appear to be a cause for concern. From your photos it doesn't appear that you have an infection, so continue wound care is appropriate.
I suggest you contact your surgeon's office to discuss your concerns.

I am sorry you are having problems. Negative pressure dressings are very effective for many open wounds. Based on your photo, you should consider wound culture and repeat surgery, sooner rather than later. I suggest you contact your surgeon's office to discuss.

To properly evaluate your wants, desires, and goals, an in-person consultation is necessary.
Viewing the photo provided, it appears that you have lower breast pole constriction (left worse that right). Depending on many factors which will be discussed at a consultation, a mastopexy (lift) with implant placement should work for you.
Be sure to consult with a board certified Plastic Surgeon.

Routinely surgeons use buried absorbable sutures to minimize scarring. The sutures take 90-120 days to be fully absorbed. It is not uncommon for these sutures to sometimes "spit" out. Rarely are spitting sutures a cause for concern.

I am sorry you are not satisfied. The final result of breast reduction surgery takes up to 6 months to see. There are many factors such as breast position on the chest, chest wall size and shape, skin quality, the composition of your tissue, etc that determine your results. Another factor is the technique utilized by your surgeon.

I see no cause for concern. There is no data to suggest that breast feeding will contribute to capsular contracture. Pregnancy and breast feeding can and may contribute to involutional changes in many women's breast.
