Hi There,I think you just have tuberous breasts, with your right side smaller than the left. It is quite common to have different breast sizes. you would need a full exam. of course by a board-certified doctor who has experience with cosmetic breast surgery.you will need to have bilateral breast implants with a " donut " lift and some excision of breast tissue on the left to match the sizes at best.Hope this helps,F. Hi There,of course you do not have to have implants if you do not want them.you can have a breast lift, which will cut skin only. the most minimal scar will be a lollipop. but remember that it will bring you a half-cup size down.now if not enough, you can always change your mind later and have an augmentation with implants if you wish.hope this help,F. Hi there,it is too soon to say.you need to go thru the healing which will take up to 6 months for the initial phase, then goes on slower for 2 years.ask your doctor if he/she can write you a prescription for external therapeutic ultrasound to smooth and soften the scar tissue. check with your insurance you are covered for PT.if not or too expensive, buy your own battery-operated massager and massage yourself several times a day.you can buy also silicone scar gel and massage yourself too....

Hi There,no, I do not think you need a lift based on your pictures.I would need to know your height/weight/etc... of course for more precision.now your skin was stretched by the implants during those 2 years, your ribs flattened also by their weight, and we cannot stop aging either: meaning once the implants are out, you may find yourself smaller/flatter than before.fat grafting to the breast is still controversial.so it is whenever you are ready !hope this helps,F. Hi There,I think you look fine, and actually your implants are even a little too high but that is normal right after surgery.if you want to achieve the look on that picture: wear a tight bikini top and shorten the straps, that will do it!you have to let your body heal first at least 3 months, before considering any revision.but I think you look good anyways.Happy Recovery,F.
