Your question about injury or damage can’t be answered from photos alone. It appears that you have undergone a breast augmentation as well as a Benelli mastopexy. I do not know how far out you are from your surgery. My experience tells me that the appearance of your scars will continue to improve with time. I see my patients at 3 months and at one year. So I have seen to improvement over time. Thank you for your inquiry. Is it possible for to to return to see your surgeon? I cannot telll from your photo- you will need to be examined. I doubt you have a hematoma because there is very little size difference and I don’t see bruising. Best you see your surgeon if you continue to have concerns.

Your scars are hypertrophic ( very thick), and I think will require revision and then aggressive scar management. Check back with your surgeon for this. This can sometimes be done as an office procedure.Good luck.

This will not heal on it’s own. You will need a surgical repair. This can usually be performed under local anesthesia  and often as an office procedure. This is not to say the procedure is easy. You will need to see a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Based on your photos, I believe you would benefit from a lip lift procedure. This is a skin only procedure with relatively quick recovery, can be performed under minimal anesthesia and the resulting scar is almost always very good and mostly hidden.

From your photos I think liposuction will help your jawline and neck. I’m not sure about the chin implant, but if you decide to have that procedure, I do not feel it will elongate your face. It will be more projecting for your profile rather than elongating it. I do not believe your rhinoplasty was botched.

You describe your condition very well. There are several possibilities you can consider to address your concerns. Kybella is a non surgical fat dissolving treatment that may work for you. Thank you for your question. I think you would benefit from a lower face /neck lift (some call this a min-facelift). This would include liposuction in the neck and jaw line. I would beware of anything less, such as Kybella or coolsculpt, because the costs will be similar and the results not nearly as predictable or as lasting. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for a complete evaluation and to have all of your questions answered. 
Can this tear in my earlobe heal by itself since it did not split all the way?

This tear will not likely heal on its own over time. The tear has developed a lining and this will need to be excised and closed surgically in order to heal. This can be performed as an office procedure. Cost will vary but my office charges $500.Hope this helps!
