I would suggest getting a trained eye (a dermatologist) to exam your back and it wouldn't hurt to also have a full skin exam while you are there.

Everyone is different just like every filler is different. Depending on the depth of the lines that need to be filled we use different fillers. I tend to use either Restylane Define or even Radiesse depending on the depth. Maybe going in for a consultation would be the best solution to help see which filler would better suit your need.
