Congratulations that you look for alternative medications than narcotics. Ask your doctor if any of the suggestions coming are in agreement with him.I had success with Ibuprofen : 200 up to 800 mg; Valium in a low dose (2.5 -5 mg). In muscle pain sometimes a short period with Flexeril is helpful.

The most important for you is to have a (local) Plastic Surgeon following your progress and advise and perform treatments appropriate for your condition. Call local Plastic Surgeons if they are willing to see you or recruit your original surgeon to find a surgeon in your area willing to see and treat you. Good luck

It is most likely a (contact) dermatitis. Interestingly it is not uncommon to see: Different bra, other ointments/creams postop, irritation of the skin after breast surgery or irritation to tape,steri strips ?
Discuss this with your Surgeon. Some short time Steroid creams usually take care of your problem.

It appears that the upper lip looks even now. 
Personally (and Nature has it that way) I believe the lower lip should be larger/fuller than the upper lip. 
Injecting the lower lip makes the appearance even more "natural". 
Had a reduction in February this year (2017) and the breasts healed nicely. Now there are blisters

At this time of your healing this are dissolving  "deep" sutures. The timing is just about right.  The dissolving sutures "trap water" and therefore your impression of "pus" Once the "blisters pop" and drain the problem is solved. No antibiotics necessary. And yes , your surgeon put in the sutures and is the ultimate person to go to and he will put your mind at ease.

In my humble opinion you need a Tummy tuck. Liposuction can be added to the procedure. 
Liposuction alone would leave you unhappy with the result as your belly skin would be "deflated" and not shrink sufficiently.
Obtain a few opinion of Board certified plastic surgeons even if you have to pay a nominal fee for the consultation. 
The end result matters the most ( and not so much how you get there....). 
 Good luck and be smart about your surgeon and the procedure finally chosen.

Yes, I think you would be a good candidate for a face/neck lift. I t would give you back a crisp and clean neck line, take off the excess skin and correct your jowls.   Face/neck lifts are tailored to the wishes of the patient, the facial skin and bones of the patient at hand and the technique /expertise of the surgeon. I think you have a very nice Abdominoplasty result and I am sure you losing weight and exercising ahve further improved the appearance. The stretch marks were there before surgery but have been "pulled downward" with the surgery. The bellybutton can be revised and the first step would be to ask your surgeon if he can or is willing to do so.  One year after surgery should be sufficient time for the scars to soften enough that a revision can be planned.

The picture seem to show a bulky scar involving the left nasal sill. A consultation with a Plastic Surgeon and with this an examination of the site can give you the answer to your question. It is important for you to know that full scar maturation should  be awaited before scar revision can be attempted.A scar revision therefore should wait about 12 months after the dog bite healed in.

He knows what exactly was done and how your present complaint can be fixed. There maybe is an easy solution for your problem.

As Dr. Lawton pointed out, it is best to ask questions before instead of after surgery. It is a rare complication of breast surgery . Even though nerve function can improve to up to two years, if you still have no sensation after one year  your chance of return of nipple sensation is slim. Discuss your concern with your operating surgeon. There are no real known remedies to improve nipple  sensation in your situation.
