It sounds like you have had an allergic reaction to your antibiotic.  However, it could also be from the narcotic pain medicine you are taking.  You need to call and see your doctor and get treated.  Sometimes simply stopping the medication will work but often antihistamines or steroids are needed.  Good Luck.

I do not have a lot of experience with augmentations after pectus repair although I have done numerous surgeries on patients with scoliosis with uneven chest walls.  Your implants look somewhat close together in the midline and you are only 1 month post op so it is hard to predict exactly what will happen.  It is possible and I have seen patients that had "tenting" when their implants were closer together.  As the swelling resolves, it should get better but give it 2- months.

From the side view, I do not see as much bulge as I think you do because it looks pretty good from that view.  The scar is somewhat uneven from the front view which is why it protrudes from your swimsuit.  I suggest you get examined in person to see if something needs to be revised as sometimes additional liposuction is needed for a touch up.  Other factors come into play including weight change.  I would go back to your surgeon and let him know your exact concerns.

It is unfortunate that you are having this issue.  However, the cost of the implants should not factor into this problem.  Reconstruction for patients after mastectomy is absolutely covered by insurance companies according to Federal law so there should not be any issue.  It is not necessary to keep the implants to get all the claims paid.

It takes about 3 months or so after lipo for the areas to feel normal again.  It does not happen suddenly but gradually the areas feel less numb.  Usually all the sensation returns.

Yes I think you have a small suture abscess which is a reaction to a stitch that is having a larger than usual inflammatory response.  Warm compresses will help but it usually resolves on it own.

Breast surgery can sometimes be simplified by breaking it into 2 concerns which are size and shape.  There are different procedures for each problem but of course the solutions take everything onto account.  You have problems with both size and shape and only a breast reduction will fix that.  Breast lifts will fix shape and liposuction will fix size, but obviously a reduction will solve both issues for you.  Good luck.

I would strongly visit with your surgeon and discuss the best way to handle this.  You are at much higher risk of having problems and complications if you continue to smoke prior to your surgery.  Your complications are not limited to just surgery issues but anesthetic problems as well.

Your surgeon is the best resource for you personally to determine when is the best time to get back to work.  While you may go back after 5 days, you will be tired, fatigued and still pretty sore.  I generally encourage patients to rest for about 7 days after augmentation but they can resume tele-working whenever they are ready.
