Thank you for the question and photos. We don't think that lipo will be enough. There is excess skin that needs to be removed. I recommend that you get a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to address your concerns.

Thank you for the question and photos. You would need an anchor type, also known as inverted T mastopexy, breast lift. If you desire more fullness then an implant can be added.

This can be done at the same time or in a separate procedure. The downside of having it at the same time as the tummy tuck is that it may be uncomfortable and it may affect the outcome of the fat transfer. There are pros and cons to either technique and your plastic surgeon can explain this to you.

From the photos and description, it is unlikely that you will need a vertical scar and a full tummy tuck is the optimal procedure to give you your desired results. You do have enough skin for the full tummy tuck and that will give you a smaller torso.

The results will depend on your examination. Generally speaking it will depend on how much excess fat you have, how much fat will be removed, how much excess skin and above all your own expectations. Your plastic surgeon should be able to explain to you the procedure and the outcomes.

Thank you for the questions. Fat transfer to the breast is now an established procedure. It's done by removing the fat from other parts of your body using liposuction. The removed fat is then placed into the breasts. The procedure does give you a natural way of breast enhancement but it has downsides such as asymmetry, fat necrosis, fat calcification and infection. The procedure may also have to be repeated to get the desired breast size.

Generally speaking, we do not recommend medical tourism. There are lots of risks and can have serious consequences. Also, a seven hour surgery and multiple procedures can be very risky and we do not recommend that.

I agree with you, there is a small indent in the left breast but without an in person examination it is difficult to determine what caused it. If you're happy with your results, you can live with a small indent and it doesn't bother you I suggest that you leave it alone. If you're still concerned I would recommend that you discuss it with your plastic surgeon.

Is there a chance it can get worse: unlikely after two years. But the deformity is significant and it is unlikely that it will get any better.
Will it re occur after revision: if the revision is performed accurately and the deformity is corrected it is unlikely that will happen again.
What can I do got prevent it: Proper consultation, pre operative care, surgical technique e,xperience, after surgery care and instructions if followed will most likely produce successful outcome.

My suggestion would be to get a second option. The pictures clearly shows suboptimal results and the need for revision. But without in person consultation and addressing your goals it would not be beneficial for you to give advice online.
