While a picture helps, you do not have an unusual complaint. The durability of a diastasis repair/abdominal wall plication is dependent on how tight it is closed and the strength of the abdominal wall fascia (the tuff layer that covers the muscles). From your picture, if this bulge was initially not present and has enlarged over the last year, then it looks as though you may have recurrence of your abdominal fascial laxity (the tuff layer that sits on top of the abdominal muscles). From your pictures, everything looks to be well within the normal range. But you should follow up with your surgeon for an evaluation or call them to place your mind at ease. You can sometimes get a seroma (fluid collection) in the breast which can either drain as yours appears to be doing, or collect under the skin which can require drainage in the office. These are typically self limiting but can require close follow up.

13 days is too early to make judgments about size and shape after breast reduction. There is still significant swelling that must resolve as well as resettling of the tissue. However, it is not uncommon to have some asymmetry after a breast reduction. If there is a significant difference at 1 year, then you may considered a touch up.

From the picture, it looks as though you had large periareolar/Benelli lift. Your scars and enlarged areolas commonly occur after this procedure unless a permanent purse string suture or some other method is used to combat it. The best way to correct this would be with a Lollipop lift or possibly a small anchor lift depending on what other shape corrections you want. 
Will I get any smaller? 11/30 will mark 3 month post op for my breast reduction.

At 2 months, you are still healing and the breast shape will continue to evolve, but you will not likely see a significant decrease in size at this point as most of the swelling has subsided. You should discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

Unfortunately it looks as though your implant is exposed. You should follow up with your surgeon as soon as possible to discuss your options. Even if you are able to salvage the implant, you are at a much higher risk of developing capsular contracture in the future.

There is no real age limit for breast reduction. Since breast development doesn't occur until puberty, most young women don't start to have symptoms until they are 16+, but there are exceptions. It is certainly possible to go smaller. The problem is that the procedure becomes technically more difficult the smaller you go because it can be more difficult to keep the nipple alive with a reliable blood supply. Swell happens after every tummy tuck to a varying degree, and is a normal part of the healing process. If it is too excessive, there might be an underlying fluid collection/ seroma that might need to be addressed. You should see your surgeon to make sure. Otherwise, all that should be needed is compression, time, and patience. good luck.

Your incision is a little higher than would be ideal. This was probably done to avoid a T type incision which can result if all of the old belly button opening isn't taken out completely. Also, some scar migration can happen due to tension. Right now, you should focus on scar care. If if continues to be a problem, you can have it evaluated for a possible revision after a year. good luck.

It is difficult to see anything due to the lighting in the pictures. Some irritation may be normal or a reaction to the antibiotic ointment. You should talk to your surgeon and be seen if you are concerned. Best of luck.

At 3 weeks you still have some significant swelling. But, if you only had 93/193g removed, then you had more of a breast lift than a reduction, so you are correct that you will likely only be ~1 cup size smaller (rough estimate). Talk to you surgeon and express your concerns.

The answer to this depends on what your expectations are and and what scars you are willing to accept. While a fluer de lis will take out the most skin and improve your waistline, the tradeoff is another scar straight down the middle of your abdomen and a greater risk of delayed wound healing/wound separation which can take months to heal. This extra skin is a result of trying to keep the scar shorter. You are only 6 weeks out, so there is still a lot of healing to happen. These should get a little better with time, but may require a small revision.
