Those are all good questions. It appears that you have considerable laxity of the skin of your arm along with increased subcutaneous tissues (fatty tissue). If your skin quality was good, liposuction alone could give you a very nice result. Since you do not have good quality skin, liposuction alone would leave you with more loose skin. I am so sorry about your problem. It does appear your left implant is deflated. It is most likely a saline implant because a silicone implant would still have the same volume present in the breast. If a saline implant deflates, the body reabsorbs the non-harmful saline.

Silicone implants are much harder to determine if they are leaking because the volume does not go away like saline implants. If a silicone implant leaks, your breasts usually do not change in size...

It takes a long time for the swelling to come out of the neck area because it is so dependent. If it looks good initially this tells you what the contour of the neck will look like once the swelling/inflammation resolves. Once the swelling/inflammation dissipates you should look closer to what you looked like on Day 16.

Congratulations on losing the weight! If you have mild to moderate excess fat of the arms, liposuction at the same time as a brachioplasty (removal of excess skin) works very well. The good news is that you have youth on your side so hopefully your skin will shrink better than an older person. Fat transfer ( injections ) are very popular for increasing
volume of the face, breast, buttocks, hands, feet and depressed defects from
