What would you suggest I could do to improve my smile?
Response
Nov 5, 2019
You are definitely a case that would need to be evaluated in person, with better photography. In the 3 photos you posted, you have 3 different smiles. So an in person consultation would allow the dentist to see what you look like speaking, smiling, laughing, etc. But just based on your photos, yes, you are right that you have a deep buccal corridor (the dark spaces on the side of your smile). By using porcelain veneers, we can widen your smile and reduce the size of the dark spaces/buccal…
Is there any chance at my late 50s to fix these teeth?
Response
Nov 5, 2019
From your photos, you do seem to have a bit of a more complex case, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t excellent treatment options for you. If the periodontist is recommending laser gum surgery, keep in mind that this will be VERY different than any gum surgery you have 16 years ago. Periodontal (gum) surgery has come a LONG way and techniques and treatments we have now are much more effective and much less painful than they used to be. I would encourage you to get a 2nd and 3rd…
I got my two upper right front teeth kicked out. What will help me fill that gap?
Response
Nov 5, 2019
Unfortunately, your case is one that really cannot be answered with great certainty over an online post like this. There are many details that go along with your treatment that would have to be evaluated. For example, we would need to see the quality of the other teeth in your smile (do they have cavities, gum disease, any other damage, etc.) and we would need to know the quality of bone where you are missing teeth. Without this information, I will still tell you that the most…
What can be done to fix large teeth?
Response
Nov 5, 2019
You have valid concerns, because your 2 central incisors (front teeth) are proportionately larger than the rest of the upper teeth in the smile. For your particular smile, though, they are not too big, what you’re seeing is that the OTHER teeth are too small for the smile. Look at the position of your lower lip in relation to your upper teeth. The 2 front teeth fit well in your smile, it’s your other teeth that are just slightly too small for your smile. The best way to fix this would be to…
What procedure can I have to fix an asymmetrical smile?
Cosmetic Treatment
Nov 5, 2019
There are a lot of different treatments you could do to correct your concerns regarding your asymmetry. One big thing you’ll want to ask yourself is what specifically bothers you about your asymmetry? When I look at you, it appears that your right risorius muscle (the muscle that pulls your smile out laterally and wide) is stronger than the left. You can try to mask this by increasing the amount of display of teeth you have on the left side, to balance the dominance you have…
Should I have my three front teeth re-done since they look bigger and have a different color than th
Re-do

You should 100% be able to get a better cosmetic result than what you currently have by either replacing the existing bridge or placing an implant where the tooth is missing and having the adjacent teeth crowned. With photos and communication with the dental lab, it is very achievable. 🙂
Are Zirconium Veneers and Lumineers occasioned, or are they just porcelain?
Veneers

It sounds like you have a large restoration (filling) in the tooth that is leaving the tooth unprotected, which could be why it’s chipping more. The best restoration in this scenario would be to do an onlay or a crown, that way you can protect the tooth from future fracture. And no, veneers (or lumineers) do not come in zirconia, but zirconia is a strong material and would be a good choice for a crown in this situation, depending on your smile and a few other factors. Hope this helps!
