From the pictures I see a depression along with discolouration of the skin. I would recommend fat fill along with management of the hyperpigmentation through various approaches such as dermabrasion or other techniques.

Botox – works on muscles. They paralyse the muscles and hence smoothen out any creases caused by muscles.
Fillers are gel like substances which can contour a certain area on injection.
So the ideal treatment for you would be after evaluating whether your problem os due the underlying muscles, or a contour irregularity.

Under eye hollows are most commonly caused by lifestyle issues such as dehydration, lack of sleep, stress, imbalanced diet, so on. However, in some cases it can also be due to genetics, sun exposure, allergies, etc.
