Hi! Thank you for your question and for your pictures. You have small wound dehiscence (wound rupture along a surgical incision). This happens occasionally after a tummy tuck. Based on your pictures, it doesn't look infected. However, notify and follow up with your plastic surgeon. Best wishes.

Hi there! Thank you for your excellent question and pictures. You definitely need a lift. If you can only afford one procedure, do the breast lift. Your breasts are too low. Adding an implant without lifting your breasts, will make them look worst. I hope this helps and best wishes.

Hi! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, exercise won't lift your breasts. It sounds like you need either a breast reduction or mastopexy (breast lift). During a breast reduction, the breasts are lifted as well. I hope this helps and best wishes.

Hi! Thank you for your question and for the picture. Based on your photo you don't have an infection. You have a small area of dehiscence (open wound along incision). It should heal with daily wound care. Follow your plastic surgeons wound care instructions and follow up closely with her. I hope this helps and best wishes.

Hi there! Thank you for your question and for the pictures. Your surgery was January 25 or February 25? I see that you still have the steri strips along your incisions. I'm also wondering if you had any other dressings covering your breasts and when did you removed them? When was the last time you saw your plastic surgeon? Based on your pictures, I don't think you have an infection but you need to follow up closely with your plastic surgeon. I hope this helps and best wishes.

Hi! Thank you for the question. The short answer is that yes it can be done. If you have small amount of skin to be removed a floating tummy tuck (umbilical float abdominoplasty) can be done. In a standard tummy tuck an incision is made around your belly button. A floating tummy tuck detaches the belly button from the abdominal wall and moves it downward.
