Thank you for sharing your question and pictures on Realself. Small or large bumps can occur with any dermafiller. The thicker the dermafiller the more likely that you may see some bumps. You can try soft massage to spread the filler and if that does not work, follow up with your plastic surgeon. The plastic surgeon can inject a small amount of hyaluronidase to dissolve the bump.

Thank you for sharing your question and photo. Without seeing you in person, I would guess it is the Botox micro injections done to your face that is causing your issues. The good news is it should not be permanent and your smile and arch should correct itself withing 3 to 4 months of the injection. I recommend going back and seeing your plastic surgeon.

Thank you for sharing your question and pictures. The best way to find out if you are a candidate for belly button revision surgery is to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. It is difficult to know with pictures what approach may be necessary to revise your umbilicus. Without a proper physical examination it would not be possible.

It is best to address the issue right away and stop wearing the garment to not cause permanent indentation. Lymphatic and Ultrasound massage is sometimes recommended to reduce the swelling and soften the appearance of the dent. Thank you for sharing your photos. Scar therapy is very important after surgery. You should be aware that scars will take up to a year or longer to start looking better. During the recovery period, you can treat the scars with silicone sheets (Cimeosil) or creams (Biocornium). Massaging the scars also helps soften and breakdown scar tissue. If the scar is angry, red and raised, I recommend contacting your surgeon for possible kenalog treatment.
