Marc Malek MD had the pleasure to help improve the appearance of a female patient's arms. She is a fit and healthy patient, who works out regularly, but has not been able to maintain the more youthful look of her arms due to loss of elasticity of her skin with age. She was determined to be a good candidate for a bilateral arm lift, which is also referred to as brachioplasty. The patient's after photos were taken at her 8 week post-op appointment. As you will see, her incision is healing well and visibility is minimal due to the placement of the incision site. She is extremely happy with her results and will be fully healed at one year post surgery. Once the full healing time frame of one year arrives, the incision will be faded to her regular skin pigment color and have minimal evidence of surgery. (Jan 31, 2016)
