I would recommend hyaluronic filler injected subdermally into the nasolabial folds. I think your cheeks have adequate volume and projection and would not recommend filler into the cheek area.
How can I smooth my forehead area/fill in the tear trough area?

I would recommend either a firm hyaluronic acid filler(Volluma/Restylane Lyft) or Radiesse for the forehead and temple areas. For the tear troughs I prefer to use Restylane L.

Generally wrinkles that occur with expression are best treated with neuromodulator such as Botox and Dysport. Wrinkles that are present at rest are best treated with a resurfacing procedure such as laser resurfacing, chemical peeling or dermabrasion. In your case I would recommend CO2 laser resurfacing. Chemical peeling would also work well, particularly around the eyes and mouth.

Everyone tends to have at least some mild degree of asymmetry to the face thus the reason one fold may appear deeper than another. The first and easiest option would be subdermalinjection of hyaluronic acid filler to these areas. Another more long lasting option would be to graft some of your own collagen to these areas to act as a natural filler. This is usually harvested from a small incision behind the ear.

I think that a conservative amount of hyaluronic acid filler injected precisely and appropriately to uour upper and lower lips would look great. If done appropriately it would not produce an “off balance”look and merely enhance your natural appearance.
