Congratulations on your weight loss! Liposuction can be an excellent procedure to tighten skin for patients who are close to their ideal weight as well as have good skin quality. I also evaluate my patients’ history of pregnancies, because some patients can have loosening of the muscle following pregnancy, which liposuction will not improve; in which case a formal tummy tuck would be a more appropriate option. From what I can tell from your photos, your breasts still have a very nice shape and good volume, but you are slightly deflated in volume at the top of your breasts with your nipples being in a slightly lower position than previously. Hey there, thanks for your question. Sometimes so soon after filler under the eye area, there can be a lot of swelling, which causes excess lines and creases to be seen. This should usually resolve once the swelling subsides, but if it does not in a few weeks, the enzyme hyaluronidase can certainly be used to dry and dissolve the filler and see if this improves your symptoms.
