The implants have drifted down and seem too low. The best fix for this is surgery to raise and stabilize the crease. Your existing scar can be used for this procedure. Crease revision is not as extensive as your initial operation so you needn't dread the prospect.You should express your feelings to your PS. Often revision is offered at a significant discount.I hope this helps.

3 weeks post op breast augmentation, have indent underneath breast. Advice?

On the right your breast is larger and droopier than the left. As a result that breast is falling off the implant mound. Fortunately, your skin may remodel over the augmentation diminishing that appearance. This usually happens at six months. If it fails to occur you would need a lift to correct. Always check with your PS and relay your concerns so that intervention is expedient.I hope this helps.

Judging from the photos the eyelid position and brow position are normal. Your eyes seem to be normal in size. You should probably avoid surgical enhancement to your eyes as it may make look artificial and offer you little improvement. You look fine and your eyes don't need surgery.

Smoking can affect all surgical procedures adversely. Some procedures like TT or facelift can have serious complications from nicotine use. Breast augmentation in general is far less sensitive to the adverse affects of nicotine. In my practice I have no restrictions on smoking for breast augmentations. You should inform your PS and check into their policy regarding smoking.
I wouldn't worry. Your PS will direct you as to the best possible way to achieve your goals.

At only 3.5 weeks post op it is too early to tell how much more lower pole settling you can expect. Most likely the bottom of the breast will bloom out to accommodate the implant decent. This will improve the look greatly. By six months wysiwyg. In our post augmentation protocol you can resume relatively normal activity at two weeks. Some limitation may extend further depending on whether your augmentation was sub muscular vs sub glandular. Sub muscular patients need a full month before exercising the pectorals muscles.

You would have a great result with a full TT. That would include rectus plication and 270 degree liposuction. The procedure should control your waist, remove the apron, and reduce your circumference at all points. All the operations you mentioned would give you some improvement but the full TT is the maximum you could achieve with your tummy. Judging from the photos your results could exceed a belt lipectomy and without the additional scars.I hope this helps.

It is very common to see skin separation at the inverted T in breast reductions and lifts. This is the point of maximum tension and it can stress the skin and closure. You should definitely follow closely with your PS to prevent infection and ensure best possible resolution of this minor complication. Typically by 3 months areas of separation are closed.

Typically two weeks should be sufficient. Especially for the second BA. The bruising is generally minimal with lipo and we have our patients wear a compression garment for 30 days. You could take it off to perform and then put right back on.

The SOOF and the malar eminence are so closely associated that suspending the SOOF suspends the malar eminence as well. A lift will reverse the mid face ptosis from aging. If more volume is needed to enhance the malar area - the use of the buccal fat pad is often employed.

Your response to lipo would be reasonable and you will lose inches. But you may have enough excess skin to warrant resection. Laser or Ultrasonic lipo may afford you some skin retraction, but it is usually limited in both effect and longevity. If you are opposed to any type of big scar I would suggest trying the lipo first. If it fails to achieve your goals you have not burned any bridges for a subsequent TT or brachioplasty.
