Thank you for your question. Based on your photos, I do not believe that you will be able to get your waist smaller with liposuction. Perhaps and waist trainer could assist you with shrinking the waistline a little. I do think you could achieve a little more upper buttock volume and more lateral volume assuming you have adequate donor sites to harvest more fat from. This would need to be a different spot than your waist or lower back.

Thank you for your question. It is hard to determine your skin laxity from your pictures. The degree of skin laxity determines if you would truly benefit from a Tummy Tuck vs something like bodytite. With the technology such as bodytite, you will get a little tightening but it will never compare to a Tummy Tuck. I do think you have enough fat for a second round of fat grafting. Thank you for your question. This is a great question. You do have inherent skin laxity with stretch marks which indicates the elastin fibers have been broken. I believe the  option that would be best for you depends on your ultimate desire for an outcome. Thank you for your question. A gluteal lipoma is not a contraindication to having a BBL. I would make sure you have someone examine it to confirm that it is in fact a lipoma. Thank you for your question. The BBL procedure is not a one size fits pall procedure. Everyone patient has a different desire and some patients body limits the ultimate result. I would tell you yes, this procedure can be used to contour an already large buttocks. Addition by subtraction is just as important to the end result as is adding fat. Thank you for your question and I’m sorry for your concern. It would be important to have a formal examination to determine what is causing the issue. There are, on occasion, patients that I have seen that have benefited from a revision of their muscle plication. By 6 months, you swelling should be greatly resolved. Thank you for your question. It is hard to know what every particular insurance company will or will not cover. Most times the companies will not cover things unless you can show them evidence that it’s medically necessary. With that being said, we have gotten some of these cases covered by doing a one side breast reduction in the larger side to create more symmetry as long as the smaller side is sufficient.

Thank you for your question. You appear to be healing well now. I wouldn’t be too concerned. This may be indented initially but may flatten out over the next 3-6 months. If it doesn’t, it can easily be revised in the office under local anesthesia.
