There is a common misconception that implants above the muscle will ‘lift’ the nipple when borderline ptosis is present. Combine that with ‘low positioned breasts’ and now you really have a challenging problem. If you wanted more of a fake look with upper pole fullness, a lift was mandatory. If you wanted natural, depending on what you started with and what you could live with, you would be given the option as it appears you were here.

I don’t understand why you did not correct this issue when it happened. Stuff like that just shouldn’t happen unless your consent said your surgeon can do whatever they want.

And you’re wanting perky and smaller, I would recommend that you have a reduction procedure to remove your heavy, hanging breast tissue (and use your own tissue to help support the implant) and keep the current implant for upper pole fullness and volume. BUT you will be smaller if you ever have to have your implants removed and you will have an anchor scar on your breasts. If you can accept that, you can have perky, full, smaller breasts.

Can easily be done by using a transverse plication above your fold (essentially converting the lollipop to an anchor scar).
