Asymmetry in the eyelids in the early postop period; may be related to the swelling or due to underlying preoperative asymmetry. Appropriate follow up appointments with ones plastic surgeon should help answer the concerns.

Lipo 360 you are removing the excess fat of the abdomen, flanks and back. Over several months, swelling subsides and the skin may contract in patients with good skin quality. Overhanging excess skin, muscle separation and bulge, stretch marks and poor skin quality are better treated with abdominoplasty excising the extra tissue but with longer scars. Tummy tuck is usually performed in patients with no plans for future pregnancy.

Tummy tuck vs. abdominal liposuction depends on several factors including skin quality, scars, diastasis recti and plans for future pregnancy.
In a tummy tuck, the excess skin and tissue is excised, muscle tightened and usually some liposuction for additional contouring.
Liposuction you are just removing the excess fat and with time the skin may contract. Bands or skin folds may persist or recur after liposuction.

Not every abdominoplasty needs or wants muscle repair. If there is not a diastasis recti/ muscle separation, the muscle does not need to be tightened.
Patients that have lost massive weight especially prior to childbearing may only want the excess skin and tissue removed and not the muscle repaired- patients tend to be happy, as long as, they are realistic about the results that could be achieve.

Eyebrow sagging may also cause hooding of the upper eyelid; this can be address with brow lift, botox, and/or sofwave. Fat can be placed to restore the fullness as well; filler is used much less commonly.

Breast implant sizing depends on one's breast base width, skin quality and cups size desired. A general rule is about 300cc for 2 cup size increases. A high profile give more projection, while a moderate or moderate plus is wider for the same volume implant. Implants may lift the breast my fulling out the shape, nothing lifts the breast as much as a breast lift.

Botox of the masseter helps to slim the lower outer check in patients that have a hyperactive masseter muscle or grind their teeth. Removing buccal fat is permanent and there is a risk of nerve injury with the procedure.
