Liposuction works great on certain areas of body, like love handles, saddle bags, inner thighs etc. But it's not as affective around abdomen, especially if there is loose skin. It may make matters worse. I routinely perform liposuction as an adjunct to my tummy tucks, but almost never isolated liposuction. It's usually better not to do anything than doing the wrong thing, since liposuction may create bad problems if it's performed in wrong circumstances.

You can't rely on sutures to hold the brows in place. In fact, you can't rely on sutures to hold anything long term on the face. Facelift is the correct and ultimate solution for the marionette lines and jowling. Some may offer less invasive procedures maybe due to them not being well trained in plastic surgery. Any laser or injectable or skin tightening machine will not correct the problem. If one has a minimal lines of course, then maybe, but when there is especially jowling, facelift is the answer. If facelift is done correctly, and dissection is called medially, it will correct the marionette lines.

I am plastic surgeon and have experience in both surgical dermabrasion, and also have Lumenis CO2 laser which have total FX function. They are both good. You have to be realistic, that scars never disappear, but get better and at times become almost invisible. I think total FX is a better choice, since it is more controlled. Dermabasion is operator dependent, and gives great results in right hands.

Fractionated CO2 laser with light settings will be my first option based on your pictures, and age. I don't think you are ready for an eyelid surgery, and I don't recommend botox to treat the lower eyelid wrinkles (crows feet yes, maybe lateral eyelid and cheek wrinkles, but definitely no botox to lower eyelid).

The left breast will definitely need a lift, and should have a short scar lift. the right will need implant, and i would recommend silicone, however sizers should be used during the case due to significant size discrepancy between the two breasts.
